Copper

Copper is accurately bent by using a state-of-the-art bending machine that allows for the insertion of different shapes of dies to create different bending radiuses. Bending copper in this way optimises the copper’s dielectric properties and drastically reduces hot spots and surface damage (cracks) to the copper that is caused by normal bending machines which do not allow for different die inserts.
